We had a decent stay at this hotel over the weekend. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast with warm and cold options. The location was convenient for our travel plans and we appreciated the parking availability.

We were disappointed that the restaurant was closed during the weekend when we stayed. the Internet service was unreliable and parking was limited at times, forcing us to park on a busy street.

Convenient location to where I was going each day. The breakfast and free internet (business package) was also a plus.

I never had a hot shower in 5 days. I let the water fun for 10 minutes and still only luke warm. Upon checking out they said it sometimes takes 20 minutes to get hot--that doesn't seem like the German efficiency I have come to know. Also the sauna was closed-another bummer for this trip.

We recently stayed at a mid-level hotel in a convenient location just off the motorway system, ideal for a stopover. It was also very close to a beautiful castle and its grounds, which we thoroughly enjoyed visiting. Our decent-sized room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with free and reliable wifi. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we found the breakfast buffet to be satisfactory with warm and cold options.

The hotel lacked air conditioning or a fan, which made it quite uncomfortable on a hot day.

Staff was very helpful, excellent breakfast buffet, very convenient for a visit to the Hockenheim ring. Clean comfortable room with tea and coffee making facilities.

When you arrive late, you cannot park in the hotel parking (full), so you have to find a place in the area surrounding the hotel. There was some noise from a concert in the schlossgarden.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to the highway and free parking. Great location near the palace garden. Good wifi.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Schwetzingen that was just off the motorway system, making it an ideal stop-off location. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, with convenient parking available for free. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Lastly, the hotel was located on the outskirts of the town, but transportation was easily accessible and it was only a short distance to the center of Heidelberg.

Nothing could have been better.

The hotel is located in a quiet area and the surroundings are pleasant. The breakfast was varied and offered good quality products. The front desk staff was friendly and approachable.

The room was outdated and the bathroom was not spotless. There was no restaurant on the premises and the nearby options were limited.

Nice and clean hotel, just next to the Schlossgarten, the major city highlight. Parking lot available for guests, nice breakfast.

The only minor thing was that the pillows were a bit too soft, for the rest no complaints
